Between 10th and 12th april 2015 a training for project staff was held in SEV Dropie near Zemianska Oľča. The training was focused on the detailed survey of 22 kV and 110 kV power lines. This was already a second training of field assistants held under the LIFE Energy project. An updated methodology for the detailed survey was presented. The survey will be carried out between April 2015 and February 2016. Results from the baseline survey carried out until March 2015 were also presented and discussed. 24 field assistant attended the training. The methodology and results were presented on Friday evening. On Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th a field survey was carried out in groups as the practical part of the training.

The participants appreciated good organisation of the training and exchanged a lot of experience and information. This training will definitely improve the work of field assistants and results gathered during the ongoing detailed survey.
