We continued to review and complete historical data on carcasases' findings in the project database. The installation of flight diverters continued in Eastern Slovakia.

We also checked the tree planting - state of the plants and care of them.

All power lines treated by flight diverters are regularly controlled by monitoring of the effectiveness in terms of the D1 activity manual, findings are updated in the database. During the monitoring of project sites, several safe flight over the electric lines with FireFly were shooting by camera.

The exhibition in now located in the vestibule of the Faculty of Chemistry and Technology at STU in Bratislava city center, where it is open to public

In January, we published one Press Release about the ornitological outcomes of the year 2017 and the second one about the monitoring. We recorded 25 media outputs, of which 11 are in online form, 3 in printed form, 4 in radio, 7 in TV.
The LIFE Energy project is promoted in two calendars, one of them is Czech-Slovak calendar prepared by the Czech Ministry of Environment with a goal to promote LIFE projects.

There was an active communication with the foreign partners on questionnaires and a check of completed questionnaires and sent photos. The aim of the questionnaire is to collect data on birds versus power lines from abroad. So far, we have received questionnaires from 8 foreign partners and have received a promise to fill in and send from a few others.
With partners from Austria and Germany, we discussed the monitoring and evaluation of the efficiency of the flight diverters and the forthcoming international project.
