If you live close to shrubs, trees and other bird-atractive places, you are probably looking forward to excellent mental health. Scientists at the University of Exeter from England, published a research confirming that fresh air, connected with bird watching, has a beneficial effect on human psyche. You can get more positive energy on Saturday, May 13th by attending our excursion which leads from Devínska Nová Ves to Devín.


Event is registered as World Migratory Bird Day Event and LIFE 25 years anniversary.

More information: Raptor Protection of Slovakia invites to observe birds of National Nature Reserve Devínska Kobyla (a Massif of the Little Carpathians). Devínska Kobyla offers fantasctic view of the river Morava before it merges into the Danube. Paleontologically and geologically interesting place on Devínska Kobyla is Sandberg, remains of the sea cliff with fossil sites. The excursion is suitable also for families with children. We will observe Bee-Eater, Black-Kite, Common Kestrel, Honey-Buzzard, Hoopoe, etc.
